The availability for The Ostrich Inn shown online is live and totally up-to-date. If you can’t find the date you are looking for, please email info@theostrichinnnorfolk.co.uk so we can add you to our waiting list.

You can check in from 3pm, however you’re more than welcome to arrive earlier to drop off your luggage and relax in the bar.

Check out is by 11am. We ask that you leave your room by this time, but please enjoy the surroundings all day.

We can’t guarantee an early check-in or late check-out, but stick around and let us know your plans and we will try our best on the day.

We love our four legged friends here at The Ostrich. Dogs are allowed in our doggy designated rooms (£20 surcharge applies) and bar. Any assistance dogs are welcome.

Yes, we can accommodate a cot and an extra bed (both at a small additional cost) in some of our rooms subject to availability.

Yes, we offer a children’s menu. In case of any special requirements, please do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Our chefs prepare all food fresh daily, so we ask that you please inform us of any specific dietary or allergen requirements. The majority of the menu is gluten free as standard.

Our food & drink service schedule is as follows:

Breakfast available every day 8:00am – 10:00am

Monday – Saturday food lunch is served between 11:30pm – 2:30pm
& Dinner is served between 5:30pm – 9:00pm (last orders 20:30pm)

Sunday food is served between 12:00pm – 5:00pm

Booking is highly recommended!

The Ostrich Inn is located approximately 45 mins from Norwich, with its links by rail and air. We are approximately 35 minutes from Kings Lynn, which has an hourly train direct to London KGX in just over 90 mins.

There are regular taxi’s available, however in order to maximise your time in the area we would recommend a car.

We have plenty of free onsite parking and also have 3 electric car charging points.

The coast is located just under 10 miles from The Ostrich, you can either drive or why not explore the local area by bicycle!

We offer a range of facilities for guests including fully accessible bedrooms, bathrooms and lavatories, accessible entrances, access ramps and designated or assisted car parking.

We understand that every customer has different needs and we aim to make our facilities available and accessible to all of our guests equally.

In rare instances where this is not possible, we will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative. We welcome you to get in touch with us to discuss any specific requests.
